緊急性を感じましたので、『入門と奥座敷』から浄霊の基本を抜粋させていただきました。

I felt the urgency, so I extracted the basics of the spirit from "入門と奥座敷".

We want everyone in the world to know and master the power of “Johrei” or purification of the spirit, which is absolute power of the salvation.

一、浄霊力は誰にでも身につく
　 絶対的救済力である浄霊力は、誰でも、今すぐ身につけることができます。
　まず、混迷する現代社会を救ってくださろうとしている
メシヤ（救世主）様の御存在を認識してください。
そして、メシヤ様から流れてくる光をイメージして自分の手の平から相手に放射してください。
それが浄霊を取り次ぐ行為です。

We shall introduce you to the power of 'Johrei'.

 Who can master the power of 'Johrei'?

 We can immediately master the power of 'Johrei', or purification of the spirit, which is absolute power of the salvation. Firstly, recognize the being of Meshiya-sama, or The Saviour, who is going to improve the present world of chaos.

 Then, you shall emit Hikari, or the spiritual light from your palm that continuously flows from Meshiya-sama, to your target/chosen person. These are the actions of performing 'Johrei'.

二、浄霊の原理
　メシヤ（救世主）様の御存在を認識すると、メシヤ様と自分との間を繋ぐ霊線が太くなり、強く光が流れてきます。その光を手の平から放射すると救済力を発揮します。
　人間は、もともと手の平から光を出すことができるのですが、物質偏重思考の影響を受けているため、忘れているのです。
What is the theory of 'Johrei'?

 When you acknowledge the being of Meshiya-sama, spiritual links between Him and you become bold and Hikari from God flows stronger.

 The power of salvation is displayed by emitting Hikari from your palm.

 All humans have the ability of emitting Hikari, but the concept of materialism prevents us from remembering it.

三、浄霊の基本
　浄霊を取り次ぐ基本は次の三点です。

（一）上座から取り次ぐ
（二）手の力を抜いて取り次ぐ
（三）光が相手を貫いていく想念で取り次ぐ
（相手の後ろに目標を定める。坐る場合は後ろの壁、寝ている人には布団の下の畳やベッドの下の床、というように）

　浄霊は上座から取り次ぎます。
上座の目安は、神床や仏壇のある部屋ではそちら側、ない部屋では入り口から遠い側です。
また病室などでは臨機応変にたいおうしていただいて結構です。
　手は相手より３０ｃｍ～６０ｃｍほど離して、時間は前後合わせて５～３０分が目安ですが、前面の２倍から５倍が背面の時間と考えてください。しかしあまりとらわれず、気楽にどんどん取り次ぎましょう。

How to perform 'Johrei'?

 When you perform 'Johrei', there are three basic performing points as follows：
Sitting at the place of honour
Relaxing of the shoulders, arms and fingers　
Performing by thinking that Hikari goes through the receiver’s body
 (ie determining a target behind the receiver)
 (eg the wall when seated, the floor when laid down)



四、浄霊を取り次ぐ順序（前面）
浄霊前面


There is an order to perform Johrei, i.e, you practice towards the front of the body first and then, the back side from the top to bottom.

You also practice Johrei in the centre, on the left side and right side of the body in order as follows:

The front of the body;

❶　the top of the head
❷　the forehead and between the eyebrows
❸　the neck
❹　the pit of the stomach
❺　the navel
❻  the pubic bones
❼＆⓬　parotid gland（behind the bottom of an ear）
❽＆⓭　the shoulder
❾＆⓮　the chest
❿＆⓯　the main artery and vein around the belly
⓫＆⓰　the inguinal area

五、浄霊を取り次ぐ順序（背面）

The back of the body;

❶　the crown of the head
❷　the medulla oblongata
❸　the neck
❹＆❺　the back
❻ the coccyx(please perform Johrei carefully)
❼＆⓬　parotid gland（behind the bottom of an ear）
❽＆⓭　the shoulder
❾＆⓮　the scapular
❿＆⓯　the kidney(please perform Johrei carefully)
⓫＆⓰　the hip


六、浄霊力を強化する心
　光の本質は愛ですから、愛の大きく深い人ほど浄霊力は強くなります。
また、誠のある人、負けん気の強い人も強くなります。
　ただし、病人等を〝何としてでも治したい〟と思い過ぎると執着となり、良い結果は生まれません。
〝すべてをメシヤ様におまかせする〟という気持ちで取り次ぐことが大切です。

How to intensify the power of 'Johrei' ?

 The real nature of Hikari from God is love itself, therefore, the bigger and deeper the love we have, the stronger the power of 'Johrei' grows.

 One who is sincere or competitive can also make the power of 'Johrei' stronger.

 However, once a person is too obsessed with healing the sick, he or she will fail to have good results.

 It’s very important that you leave everything to Meshiya-sama, when you are performing 'Johrei'.


七、浄霊は宗派を超えて

　浄霊を取り次ぐために、今までの宗教団体を脱会する必要はありません。
　唯我独尊的な料簡の狭いことでは、いつまでたっても世界平和は実現しません。
この世の中を救済し、理想世界づくりへ導こうとされている御存在があり、力を発動されていることを認識していただければ結構なのです。

What is most important, when you master the power of 'Johrei'?

 It’s just enough for you to recognize the being of Meshiya-sama, who is going to save us from the present world of chaos and guides us to create an ideal world.

 When you recognize Him performing such actions, you shall be initiated to the power of 'Johrei' right now without any medium.


※唯我独尊
この世で、自分ほど偉いものはいないとうぬぼれること。釈迦しゃかが生まれたときに七歩歩き、一方で天を指し、他方で地を指して唱えたという言葉と伝えられる。この世の中で自分より尊いものはいないという意味。

人格や器量に乏しいさま。考え。思慮。分別。 考えをめぐらすこと。
